Welcome, gamers, to another classic caliber video! In this series of one-bar builds, we’ve explored various weapon styles, from sword and shield to two-handed weapons. Today, we unveil a truly unique creation — a one-bar Resto Staff build for PvP. However, don’t be misled into thinking this is just another healing build. No, this is a full-fledged PvP powerhouse capable of dealing significant damage while wielding a Resto Staff. Get ready for an exhilarating experience as you rack up kills with this unconventional yet effective build.

Stats and Race Choice

Let’s dive into the build details, starting with the character’s stats. Our Nightblade character is optimized for critical hits, focusing on dealing with damage rather than traditional healing. With 37 points in Magicka, 27 in Health, and nearly 22k Magicka, we strike a balance between offense and survivability. The Orc race is our choice for the extra damage and movement speed, complementing the playstyle we aim to achieve. Stage 3 Vampire status provides the Undeath passive, reducing damage taken based on missing health, a crucial survival tool.

Gear and Sets

The core kit for this build costs ESO gold to be carefully selected. The cornerstone set is the Olorime’s set, offering a myriad of buffs without the need for constant reapplication. Paired with this is the Gossamer set, providing increased critical chance, crit damage, and additional benefits when a food buff is active. We utilize these sets on our jewelry and four body pieces. Though Gossamer is light armor, limiting our choice, the payoff in damage is well worth it.

To enhance our damage potential further, we incorporate the three-piece Willpower set, boosting Max Magicka and adding 200 weapon damage. Our monster set of choice is Balorgh, providing both weapon and spell damage, along with significant penetration upon using an ultimate ability. This set synergy allows us to unleash devastating bursts of damage during key moments.

Traits and Enchantments

For traits, we opt for a Sharpened trait on the Resto Staff, maximizing our penetration. Jewelry features two Infused traits for increased damage output, while one piece carries an Arcane trait for additional Magicka recovery. Our armor includes a mix of Divines and Impenetrable traits, striking a balance between damage amplification and resilience.

Enchantments play a crucial role in fine-tuning our character. Tri-stat enchantments on the large pieces provide a substantial boost to Magicka, Health, and Stamina, ensuring versatility in combat. Meanwhile, small pieces receive Magicka enchantments, maintaining a solid magical foundation for our abilities.

Skills and Rotation

The skills chosen for this build reflect its unconventional nature. Our spammable is a Concealed Weapon, dealing magic damage and potentially setting enemies off balance when attacked from the flank. Merciless Resolve serves as a powerful damaging skill, accumulating weapon and spell damage with each light or heavy attack. When fully charged, it unleashes Assassin’s Will, a potent bow attack dealing immense damage and providing self-healing.

Cloak, in the form of Shadowy Disguise, enhances our survivability, making us nearly untouchable for a short duration. Rapid Regeneration and Resolving Vigor are our healing skills, both offering healing over time and synergizing well with our high crit chance and damage. The ultimate ability, Light’s Champion, not only serves as a substantial self-heal but also grants a major force buff to allies, boosting their critical damage.

Champion Points

Champion Points are distributed strategically to enhance our Nightblade’s strengths. In the green tree, Break Free reduces the cost of breaking free, while Master at Arms boosts damage with direct damage attacks. Backstabber and Deadly Aim increase critical damage against flanked enemies and single-target attacks, respectively.

The red tree emphasizes movement speed, damage reduction under crowd control effects, and bonus Vitality for extra health. These Champion Points contribute to the overall effectiveness of the build in both offense and defense.

Conclusion

In conclusion, this one-bar Resto Staff PvP build challenges conventional wisdom, proving that even a healing staff can be a deadly weapon in the hands of a skilled Nightblade. From carefully selected gear sets to synergistic skills and champion point allocation, every aspect of this build is meticulously crafted for maximum impact on the battlefield. So, equip your Resto Staff, embrace the thrill of unconventional power, and dive into the chaos of PvP in The Elder Scrolls Online. May your kills be plentiful, and your victories legendary!

Cabal: Return of Action – A Beginner’s Comprehensive Guide and Strategies

Cabal: Return of Action beckons both seasoned veterans and newcomers with its exhilarating blend of fast-paced and action-packed MMORPG gameplay. Whether you’re a seasoned campaigner or venturing into the realm for the first time, this immersive and addictive game promises a wealth of challenges and rewards. However, before diving headfirst into the adventure, let this guide serve as your compass through the intricacies of Cabal: Return of Action.

Getting Started in Cabal: Return of Action

As you embark on your journey, understanding the pivotal role of character level is paramount. To unlock the arsenal of potent equipment, reaching level 155 is imperative. Beyond the allure of superior gear, leveling up bestows stat bonuses and unlocks battle mode levels through battle-style up quests, available every ten levels.

Accumulating experience not only advances your character level but also rewards you with stat points. These points, invested wisely in strength, intelligence, or dexterity, can significantly impact your character’s performance. Thoughtful allocation of these points can be the linchpin of your success.

Gearing Up for the Adventure

Initiating your Cabal: Return of Action odyssey at level 1, you’ll sport a rudimentary training set sufficient for lower-level encounters. However, as quests intensify, the need for more robust equipment becomes apparent.

The silver lining is that acquiring upgraded gear need not drain your coffers. Each map in Cabal: Return of Action harbors mini-bosses, dropping character-bound items with diverse slot options. Vanquishing these bosses yields items, albeit with an element of luck involved in obtaining the desired ones.

For those struggling to locate these mini-bosses, quests from town instructors can lead you to these formidable adversaries. Mini-boss drops will sustain you until around level 50, providing ample gear to confront ensuing challenges. Nonetheless, the primary focus for the initial 100 levels should be on leveling up and completing quests for enhanced strength.

Progression in Advanced Levels

Hitting level 110 marks a pivotal juncture in your journey, triggering a series of quests yielding higher-grade items as rewards. These items, typically boasting +7 enhancement, two empty slots, and customizable crafting options, equip you comprehensively.

Completion of this questline furnishes a full set of gear, including potent weapons tailored to your character’s class. This ensures your gear aligns seamlessly with your preferred playstyle. Upon reaching level 155, the pinnacle of possibilities unfolds, granting access to the game’s highest-grade items. Diligent completion of scenario quests even makes these items affordable for newer players. As you approach this level, adhering to the aforementioned guidelines ensures you’re well-prepared for the formidable challenges that await.

Importance of Critical Rate

Critical rate stands as the seasoning in your character’s arsenal—higher, undeniably better! Initially targeting 50% is prudent, with 69% emerging as the sweet spot, particularly for dungeon farming. The rationale behind the 69% threshold lies in the warrior’s “panic cry” and force blader’s “hard luck” debuff, catapulting your critical rate to 100%. A consideration for PVP enthusiasts may warrant pushing beyond 70%.

Achieving the 50% mark is a puzzle, with rings contributing a mere 37%, necessitating an additional 20-25% from other sources. Keep in mind that your base critical rate initiates at 5%.

Other Stats in Cabal: Return of Action

Beyond piling on stats, strategic consideration based on the dungeon you tackle becomes pivotal. A balanced stat distribution, incorporating attack, amp, critical damage, penetration, defense, defense rate, evasion, and damage reduction, ensures versatility and adaptability to varied challenges.

Health Steal and Character-Specific Differences

Health steal emerges as a survival stat in Cabal: Return of Action. While commencing with 5% suffices initially, supplementary health steal from runes and vampiric earrings might become redundant as you progress. Acquiring the health steal limit from a rune, coupled with vampiric earrings, can become your lifeline in challenging situations.

Different classes in Cabal: Return of Action exhibit distinct requirements. While force shielders and force bladers effortlessly achieve a 60% critical rate, wizards necessitate leveraging every possible source. Tailoring your character’s stats is akin to crafting a specialized dish; each ingredient must align with your character’s taste.

Equipment and Items in Cabal: Return of Action

The world of Cabal: Return of Action presents an array of items contributing to your character’s augmentation. From rings to costumes, each item is akin to a unique ingredient in a culinary masterpiece. The art lies not in grabbing everything off the shelf but in meticulous selection akin to a master chef curating ingredients.

Rings and Amulets: Prioritize critical rate and damage.
Weapons and Helmets: Emphasize critical damage and rate.
Gloves, Suit, and Shoes: Balance critical rate, amp, and defense.
Vehicles: Opt for meaningful benefits beyond mere defense.
Belts, Carnelians, Talismans, Epaulets, Charms, Effectors: Pursue the best while exercising discernment.
Pet and Costume: Though seemingly minor, they can be the proverbial cherry on top.

Understanding Essence Runes

Essence runes serve as the bedrock of your character’s abilities in Cabal: Return of Action. Mastering these runes is the key to unlocking your true potential. Learning essence runes, facilitated by ability points accumulated through the yellow bar beneath your EXP bar, allows you to tailor your character’s abilities. The following explores the quintessential essence runes:

Defense Rate and Attack Rate: Crucial for all classes, aiding in dealing with blocks and enhancing survivability.
Base Stat Runes: Prioritize your main attribute for enhanced performance.
Health Steal and Health Steal Limit Runes: Essential for survival in challenging battles.
Maximum Critical Rate, Critical Damage, and Skill Amp Runes: Maximize critical rate and damage, especially for sword classes.
Damage Reduction and Defensive Runes: Strengthen your character's resilience, especially useful in higher-level challenges.
MP Steal and MP Rune for Wizards: Manage mana effectively, particularly crucial for wizards.

Conclusion

In comprehending the nuances of character level, acquiring optimal gear, mastering skills, and diligently pursuing potent rewards – so many Cabal Return of Action Gems, you can mold your destiny and ascend to greatness in Cabal: Return of Action. While this guide is based on the beta test, global release dynamics may introduce variations. Nevertheless, armed with this foundational understanding, embark on your journey to construct a formidable character and stand among the elite champions.

EA FC24: My brain just can’t seem to grasp the game

Why is the game so challenging this year?

I’ve been playing every year since FIFA 14, and I consider myself an above-average player, usually hovering around Division 2 or 3 and securing 13-14 wins in the Weekend League.

However, this year, my brain just can’t seem to grasp the game. I’m struggling to break out of Division 6, currently sitting at 3-11 in the Weekend League and consistently losing games by substantial margins.

I feel like there’s something I’m missing with this game. Opponents effortlessly dribble around me, and when I attempt left stick dribbling, my players seem to move much slower than my opponents and lose the ball immediately. I understand the basics—making runs, calling players towards the ball—to beat the press, but I can barely get the ball out of my own half. Every bounce seems to go against me.

The game just isn’t enjoyable anymore. I don’t feel competitive in any match. While I acknowledge it’s probably a bit more realistic than the older FIFA versions, I miss how the game used to be. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue this year, or am I just terrible now?

It seems like you’re dealing with delay. The game is running faster for your opponents than for you.

What’s peculiar is that it’s consistently one-sided delay. I can tell when I don’t have delay and my opponent does. My team presses and cuts off passing lanes when I’m just on Balanced. My AI players work hard without suffering stamina loss.

In moments without delay, my Okocha can dribble past five players, execute a rainbow flick, and score top corner when I have a significant advantage.

On the flip side, this week in the Weekend League, I’ve experienced delay and erratic matchmaking all weekend. My players struggle to defend, release opponents, and don’t press even when I switch to Constant Pressure.

Moreover, my attackers are consistently covered by defenders, regardless of my formation.

I’ve rarely encountered a Weekend League where the entire weekend felt like this. But every single night, it’s the same struggle.

I’ve never said I’m done with a FIFA title before, as I knew there would be periods of enjoyment again. However, with this one, I’m getting close to giving up on it entirely.

By the way, anyone help me? Give me some FC 24 Coins skills & guides, thank you.

Educing self-healing effectiveness for healers

I propose that healers should be limited to only 30-40% effectiveness when self-healing. If other character builds rely on healers to maintain their survivability and momentum, healers should similarly depend on their teammates to stay alive. This adjustment could introduce more strategic depth to Wars and reduce the disruptive impact of healers in PvP, particularly in activities like OPRs and Arenas. By implementing this reduction in self-healing for healers, the following outcomes could be expected:

  • Enhanced War Tactics: With reduced self-healing capabilities, healers become even more critical assets in Wars, necessitating advanced strategic planning. Healers would no longer be able to rely as heavily on self-sustainability, reinforcing the importance of team dynamics and tactics.

It’s important to note that healers are not inherently overpowered in Wars, as Wars are already reliant on a substantial front line of bruisers to hold the line. However, decreasing healers’ self-sustaining abilities would elevate the importance of strategic thinking in these battles. Fortunately, War tactics are adaptable to the meta since players choose the participants, making it less of a concern when it comes to balancing.

  • Balanced OPRs and Arenas: Currently, the balance in OPRs and Arenas can be skewed when one team has healers while the other does not, leading to player frustration. This proposal aims to rectify this issue by ensuring that healers can provide support in a fight but are not a one-way road. Healers would become more vulnerable, which balances the level of support they can offer.

If healers want to enhance their survivability, they would need to invest in Constitution (CON) and opt for medium or heavy builds. You can do this with New World gold coins. Presently, classes like ranged, mages, and healers often choose light armor without much consideration. This change would encourage more variety in character builds, aligning with the game’s design goals.

In summary, reducing self-healing effectiveness for healers would promote strategic depth in Wars and balance the impact of healers in PvP modes like OPRs and Arenas. It would encourage healers to rely on their team and consider alternate builds, fostering a more diverse and engaging gaming experience.

Path of Exile: Crucible League S-Tier Builds

The Crucible League in Path of Exile was a unique and exciting time for the game, and it introduced a number of new and innovative builds. While the league is now over, some of the builds that were created during that time are still viable and can be used to great success in the upcoming Sentinel League.

In this article, we will discuss two of the most popular and powerful S-tier builds from the Crucible League: Righteous Fire Juggernaut and Exploding Totems.

Righteous Fire Juggernaut

Righteous Fire Juggernaut is a classic Path of Exile build that has been around for many years. It is a tanky and powerful build that can clear maps quickly and easily. The build relies on the Righteous Fire skill to deal damage over time to enemies. Righteous Fire also has the added benefit of burning enemies through their shields, making it a great choice for dealing with tough enemies.

The Juggernaut ascendancy class is the perfect choice for a Righteous Fire build. The Juggernaut has a number of passive skills that make it very tanky, including Unbreakable, Unflinching, and Unrelenting. The Juggernaut also has the Fortify ascendancy node, which reduces physical damage taken by 20% when hit.

To play a Righteous Fire Juggernaut, you will need to focus on getting as much life and fire resistance as possible. You will also need to invest POE currency in some sources of spell damage to increase the damage of your Righteous Fire. Some good items for a Righteous Fire Juggernaut include:

  • Helmet: Alpha’s Howl
  • Chest: Solaris Lorica
  • Gloves: Any gloves with high life and fire resistance
  • Belt: Stygian Vise
  • Boots: Any boots with high life and fire resistance
  • Weapon: Any weapon with high life and fire resistance

Exploding Totems

Exploding Totems was a new build that was introduced in the Crucible League. It is a powerful build that can clear maps quickly and easily. The build relies on the Explode on Death passive skill to cause totems to explode when they die. This explosion deals damage to enemies in a large area, and it can be scaled to very high damage levels.

The Pathfinder ascendancy class is a great choice for an Exploding Totems build. The Pathfinder has a number of passive skills that make it very good at placing and managing totems, including Master of the Forge, Master Alchemist, and Master Fletcher. The Pathfinder also has the Toxic Delivery ascendancy node, which causes poison to spread to nearby enemies when enemies are killed with poison.

To play an Exploding Totems build, you will need to focus on getting as much totem placement speed and totem life as possible. You will also need to invest in some sources of damage to increase the damage of your totem explosions. Some good items for an Exploding Totems build include:

  • Helmet: Any helmet with high totem placement speed and totem life
  • Chest: Any chest with high totem placement speed and totem life
  • Gloves: Any gloves with high totem placement speed and totem life
  • Belt: Stygian Vise
  • Boots: Any boots with high totem placement speed and totem life
  • Weapon: Any weapon with high totem placement speed and totem life

Both of these builds are great choices for players who are looking for a powerful and tanky build that can clear maps quickly and easily. If you are looking for a build that is also relatively easy to play, then the Righteous Fire Juggernaut is a great option. If you are looking for a more challenging build that has the potential to deal even more damage, then the Exploding Totems build is a great choice.

No matter which build you choose, be sure to experiment and find what works best for you. Path of Exile is a very versatile game, and there are many different ways to play. The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the game!
